On May 25th and 26th, the Training and Cooperation Center of the China Society of Behavioral Law held an advanced seminar on "Trial Practice of Execution Objections, Revocation by a Third Party, and Retrial Applications by Outsiders" in Hangzhou. My firm obtained the right to broadcast the offline course simultaneously, and all lawyers in the firm participated in the two-day advanced training seminar on execution.
This advanced seminar invited two teachers to lecture, one a former judge of the Supreme People's Court's Execution Bureau and the other a former court president of a bankruptcy court of a certain intermediate court. Both teachers have long been engaged in civil and commercial trial and execution work, possessing profound practical experience and theoretical level. They provided detailed explanations on the hot and difficult issues in execution practice—revocation suits by third parties and execution objection suits. The two-day lectures were full of valuable content, and the attending lawyers all expressed that they gained a lot and benefited greatly, finding guidance and broadening their horizons for their future legal work.
