Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm and Jingning County Justice Bureau Sign a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Legal Services
Recently, the Jingning County Justice Bureau and Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Legal Services, under which both parties will engage in extensive cooperation in legal aid, legal consultation, legal services, and talent cultivation.
Since the beginning of this year, the Jingning County Justice Bureau has made full use of its judicial administrative functions and actively promoted the "dual recruitment and attraction" campaign. Earlier, Chen Jianling, Party Secretary and Director of the Bureau, led a team to Hangzhou to proactively liaise with Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm to discuss cooperation matters, extending the civil legal service center to remote mountainous areas and filling the gap in civil public legal service.
On March 13, Yu Yuehai, Party Branch Secretary and Director of Hangtianxin Law Firm, Wang Hongyao, senior partner and director of Hangtianxin Public Legal Service Center, and four other members visited Jingning specifically to discuss the specific implementation of the strategic cooperation intentions on legal services between the two parties.
Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm is a national excellent law firm, a national outstanding public legal service unit, and a renowned law firm in Zhejiang. For many years, the firm has been enthusiastically involved in legal aid and various social welfare undertakings, and has registered the "Hangzhou Hangtianxin Public Legal Service Center" to provide free legal aid services and social welfare rights protection work for economically disadvantaged groups.
Currently, there are more than 60 volunteer lawyers from 36 law firms, who have handled a total of 987 public legal aid cases, benefiting 1835 people and recovering more than 35 million yuan in economic losses. They have also conducted 118 legal education lectures and trainings.
This the signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Legal Services between the Jingning She Nationality Autonomous County Justice Bureau and Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm includes:
✦Establish the "Jingning She Nationality Autonomous County Hangtianxin Public Legal Service Center" in Jingning to provide supplementary legal aid in addition to government legal aid;
✦Provide business training for lawyers and legal service workers selected by the Jingning Justice Bureau;
✦Provide legal opinions and social stability risk assessment reports for major decisions, major administrative actions, and major livelihood matters of the Jingning County Party Committee and County Government;
✦Provide support and services for the establishment of a more complete public legal service system in Jingning;
✦Select high-level lawyers to join the Jingning think tank talent team, achieving complementary advantages, resource optimization, and mutual benefit between the two places.
In the future, both parties will maintain a long-term and stable cooperative relationship in accordance with the agreement, work hard to implement the agreement, ensure that the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Legal Services takes root and bears fruit, and help Jingning to build a high-level modern public legal service system.
