At 6:30 pm on April 27th, Hangtian Xin Law Firm held a "Company Business Legal Knowledge Competition." The purpose of this competition was to cultivate a learning atmosphere within the firm and improve the legal knowledge of all lawyers in company business matters.
The competition questions were personally set by our director, Yu Yuehai. Each question involved 2-3 points of company law knowledge, possessing practicality and discussion points in the field of company legal practice. Party branch secretary Ye Qing, senior partners He Changming, Zhang Zhongyuan, Wang Hongyao, and Wang Ting served as members of the judging panel.
A total of 4 teams participated in the competition, each with 4 members. The competition was divided into three rounds, using an elimination system. Each round included team required-answer questions, individual required-answer questions, and rapid-fire questions. After two intense rounds of competition, Team 2, led by lawyers He Qiang and Ren Yihua, advanced to the final round. In the final, Team 2 lawyers not only had to demonstrate their professional knowledge but also had to compete strategically in the rapid-fire round, using the competition rules to reasonably arrange their timing. Ultimately, the team composed of Ren Yihua, Zhao Qianlong, Wang Saiyan, and He Yaying won with 108 points, receiving the Team Excellence Award. Intern lawyer Ye Zhenyu won the Individual Excellence Award with his solid company law knowledge, and lawyer Bao Keding won the Best Style Award for his commanding presence throughout the competition.
After the competition, Hangtian Xin Law Firm director Yu Yuehai conveyed the firm's intention behind holding the knowledge competition: "The main purpose is learning and improvement. These questions are frequently encountered in practice. If you can understand these questions clearly, I believe you will be able to skillfully handle the legal aspects of company business." 69道题目都搞清楚了，相信你们对公司业务的法律业务就能熟练操作”。
