Lawyers Wang Hongyao and Shi Hongxiao from Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm were invited to give a lecture to the Jinhua City Concrete Association.

On September 26, 2017, Ms. Wang Hongyao and Ms. Shi Hongxiao, lawyers from Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm, were invited by the Jinhua City Concrete Association to give a lecture to nearly 100 legal representatives, middle and senior managers, and business personnel from the association's member companies.

Ms. Shi Hongxiao, an expert lawyer with dual qualifications as an engineer and lawyer, currently serves as the long-term legal counsel for the Zhejiang Provincial Concrete Association. With over ten years of experience in on-site construction projects, she has served as the director of the central testing laboratory for general contractors and for large-scale key construction projects. She possesses unique insights into handling concrete quality disputes. During the lecture, Ms. Shi shared her expertise on the topic of "Determining Liability for Quality Disputes in Commodity Concrete Sales Contract Disputes." Her approach to resolving concrete disputes provided a clear solution to the long-standing problem of quality liability determination in the concrete industry, enlightening the attendees and earning unanimous praise.

Ms. Wang Hongyao, drawing on her years of experience serving concrete companies, shared insights on "Summary of Major Legal Issues and Risk Prevention in the Concrete Industry." Participants learned about the status of lawsuits and major risk points in the Zhejiang Province concrete industry through the study of "Summary and Analysis of Concrete Company Litigation Cases in Zhejiang Province in the Previous Year." Ms. Wang then discussed "Major Legal Issues and Risk Prevention in Contract Signing and Performance," highlighting the points of contention in concrete sales contract dispute cases. This helped attendees learn how to manage contracts, control risks during performance, and gain a deeper understanding of how to prevent legal risks for concrete companies.
