To promote the marketization of lawyer mediation, on the morning of May 18, the Hangzhou Lawyers Association held a special training session on the "One-Code Dispute Resolution" in the meeting room of the City Lawyers Association. Xie Xudong, lawyer, member of the Law Firm Management Committee, director of the Legal Aid and Public Welfare Committee, and head of the Hangzhou Tianxin Mediation Studio, attended the meeting on behalf of Zhejiang Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm.
The meeting focused on an in-depth explanation of the "One-Code Dispute Resolution" mediation mechanism. At the meeting, Xie Xudong, lawyer, representing the firm, expressed his views on issues such as the charging standards for mediation cases, mediation procedures, and the assessment of mediators and mediation studios, which were well-received by the attendees.
Shen Tianfeng, President of the City Lawyers Association; Wang Zhenghang, member of the Party Committee and deputy inspector of the City Bureau, and secretary of the Party Committee of the City Lawyers' Industry; and Lang Changhua, member of the Party Leadership Group and vice president of the City Intermediate Court, attended the meeting and delivered concluding remarks.
